The house description: The owners offer to stay in:
2 storey stone house (tourists live on the 2nd floor, private entrance) (№1);
2 storey wooden cottage (the owners live in another house) (№2).
General amount of tourists, which the farmstead can accept:
8 person (in the house №1)
3-6 person (in the cottage №2)
The heating: autonomous.
Water-supply: autonomous. Cold and hot water
constantly.
Feed:
- without a feed
- it’s possible to prepare food yourself
- for agreement with owners

The distance to the sea: 40 km to the village Lyubymivka; 45 km to the village Orlivka; 45 km
to the city Yalta (through Aj-Petri mountain).
The height above the sea-level: 1000 meters.
